The old farmhouse enjoys a magnificent view over the valley and offers four comfortable apartments.

The apartments

Iris

Arranged over two floors, the Iris Apartment is ideal for a couple's stay.

On the ground floor there is the comfortable living room with kitchenette and toilet.

The spiral staircase leads to the double bedroom (possibility of adding a third bed), with bathroom complete with every comfort.

Equipped with outdoor sitting area with table, possibility to use the barbecue in the yard.

Ginestra

Divided over three floors, the Ginestra apartment has a total area of approx. 90 sqm and comfortably accommodates up to 4 persons.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, with a well equipped kitchen area and a toilet.

Going up to the first floor you reach the bedroom with a bathroom, complete with every comfort. The other two beds which can be joined on request, are in the attic bedroom.

Outside, the gazebo with the barbecue and the table allows you to dine outdoors.

Verbena

The Verbena apartment offers guests a comfortable living room with an equipped kitchen.

The ground floor bedroom is large, with air conditioning, bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool.

The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, equipped with another double bedroom, with bathroom and an exit to outside.

The Verbena apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and boasts a breathtaking view of the Chianti countryside which is highly appreciated thanks to the outdoor gazebo with barbecue.

Mimosa

The Mimosa Apartment is the latest addition to the Farmhouse La Ferrozzola: on 2 floors, it is ideal for 4 persons.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace, a spacious dining room and a toilet.

Going up the stairs leads to the first floor, which has two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The Mimosa apartment boasts a breathtaking view of the Chianti countryside, which can be appreciated thanks to the outdoor gazebo with barbecue.
